INTRNL FIGHT is a mental health awareness nonprofit and movement built to create connection, spark conversation, and make a real impact in people’s lives. What began as a message has grown into something much bigger; a mission centred on community, education, outreach, and support.
We are here to help people feel seen in their struggle, supported in their journey, and empowered to keep going. Through school programs, events, storytelling, partnerships, and merchandise with meaning, INTRNL FIGHT exists to turn awareness into action.

WHY WE EXIST
Too many people carry pain in silence. Too many people feel pressure to look okay while fighting battles no one else can see. INTRNL FIGHT exists to challenge that silence. We believe mental health deserves more honesty, more compassion, and more action.
Our mission is to build spaces and opportunities where people can open up, support one another, and know they are never alone in what they carry. This is about more than raising awareness. It is about creating a culture where people feel safe to speak, safe to struggle, and safe to heal.

OUR STORY

INTRNL FIGHT was built from personal loss, deep love, and the desire to create something meaningful out of pain. At the heart of this mission is Ben, a life that continues to inspire this movement and the message behind it.
His story is part of the reason this organization exists. Not just to remember him, but to make sure more people feel seen, valued, and supported before it is too late. What came from heartbreak became a mission to help others keep going, to start conversations that matter, and to build something that can truly change lives.
INTRNL FIGHT stands as a reminder that struggles are real, even when they are invisible. No one should have to carry them alone.
